Terms of Service

3DPrintSpy aggregates public data from 3D-printing marketplaces and presents scores and estimates to help you decide what to print and sell. Data is refreshed on a daily schedule.

• Trend scores, sellability scores, growth figures and profit-calculator results are algorithmic estimates based on public data. They are decision aids, not promises of sales or income.
• License badges are our best-effort classification of each model's stated license. Always verify the exact license on the source marketplace before selling prints — you are responsible for respecting each creator's terms.
• Print time and filament figures are estimates from marketplace metadata and will vary with your printer and settings.

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Don't abuse the service — no automated scraping of our endpoints, no attempts to overload or circumvent access controls.

The service is in open beta. Paid plans (Seller, Print Farm) are shown for transparency but are not yet charged — every feature is currently free. When billing launches, we will notify users before any charge applies. See pricing.

We aim for reliable daily updates but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Source marketplaces may change their pages, which can delay or degrade data; the dashboard surfaces a freshness indicator and per-source status so you can judge how current the numbers are.

To the extent permitted by law, 3DPrintSpyis provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for business decisions made using the service or for losses arising from reliance on its estimates.
